Colleen R. Hair, Pharm.D. is an expert in solid state chemistry and pharmacology, and in her capacity as a pharmacist for the Rite Aid Corporation, she provides medicine to customers when they need it. She dispenses medication and consults with doctors’ patients when they have questions, and communicates with doctors to ensure that the proper medication is being given to their patients. As a pharmacist, Ms. Hair conducts research on the effective use of medication and interactions, as well as on advancements that have been made in the area of pharmacology. She specializes in solid state chemistry, or materials chemistry, which focuses on the study of the fusion, structure and properties of solid phase materials.

Ms. Hair is currently pursuing coursework in pharmaceuticals at Duquesne University. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy at the renowned institute of higher education in 2009, and she continues to strive for excellence in her endeavors as a health care professional. Ms. Hair intends to attain a Ph.D. and teach pharmaceutical studies at a university.
